cold bench is an artist-run website aiming to connect and promote young artists and students. All artworks sent via applications and mails are solely for the expositions of related shows and/or the digital residency (AIRO). cold bench will not save, archive any of them and will be deleted from our drive once the show(s) and residency are over. While before making an application, artists/applicants should acknowledge that images and/or videos sent might be used on our social media such as instagram and facebook for promotional purposes only.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, statements, links and descriptions of works, etc); comments, feedback, reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your submitted work(s), your account and posts on AIRO and also to send updates about our on-going and future projects, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are neither covered by cold bench nor the Wix Privacy Policy.
